I believe I have a certain aptitude when it comes to software and
hardware but found myself in a bit of trouble with my last hardware
upgrade. I contacted 'Save the PC' and gave them what they needed to
know. We discussed what problems there might have been and came to a
resolution that same day. I had spent 2 days muddling about trying to
fix my workstation but one contact is all it took with 'Save the PC' It
was easy talking with the technician as he understood my level of
knowledge with computers and spoke to me in a level I was comfortable
with.

Thank you for the help in the past in selecting components and building a home PC and gaming rig. While I deal with large powerful servers and datacenters everyday, there are too many choices for me to keep up with for home PC’s. You helped me select the right components that have had usefulness over several years, as well as keeping the PC at a reasonable budget. I also appreciate the upgrade advice that you have given me as I wanted to extend the usefulness of existing PC’s.
I have recommended you to many people at Microsoft, and it is nice that you are so conveniently located right off campus. I look forward to building my next PC with you, and please let me know if you have questions with Microsoft products that I can answer.

I was introduced to Tom at SaveThePC through a friend.
Tom and I sent a few emails back and forth to determine my primary
use for the PC and my financial limitations. He came up with three or
four reasonable suggestions within my price range for a full system.
He directed me to some websites to help me make an educated decision
about the motherboard, processor and Video card, but did most of the
background research himself and was able to provide enough information
for me to make a sound decision. After the specifications were all
determined, he ordered all the parts and put in all together very
quickly.
As an upgrade to my previous system, I couldn't be happier. WoW and
Battlefront have never run better.
I would recommend Tom to build anything from high end gaming PC to a
home users PC. He's got to be one of the best!
